Role Summary

The Learning & Development Specialist/Manager will be responsible for creating a strong learning culture that improves organizational capability and supports business growth. This role works closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, build competency-based learning solutions, oversee the learning management system, and drive initiatives that strengthen leadership, technical, and functional skills.
