About the Role
This remote contract role is for a generalist language model analyst focused on English and Marathi. The work is centered on evaluating AI-generated responses, checking facts, and helping improve the quality of model outputs. The company connects specialized creative and technical professionals with leading AI research teams.
The compensation for this role is $15 to $20 per hour.
The position is fully remote and designed for part-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify information by using reliable public references and external tools.
- Create high-quality evaluation data by spotting strengths, weaknesses, and factual errors in responses.
- Review answers for reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness.
- Check that outputs match expected conversational standards and system instructions.
- Work on your own schedule, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines while contributing to better model performance.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- You must be a native Marathi speaker.
- You should have substantial hands-on experience working with large language models.
- Strong English writing ability is essential.
- High attention to detail is needed for this role.
- Applicants should have a background in work that demands structured, analytical thinking.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in RLHF, model assessment, or annotation projects is an advantage.
- Prior work in writing or editing polished content is preferred.
- Ability to compare multiple outputs and make nuanced qualitative judgments will be helpful.
