Role summary

The Labourer supports the day-to-day upkeep of development sites and assists the site production team with general site activities.

Key duties

• Open and secure storage containers and individual plots.
• Carry out site preparation and routine housekeeping across the development.
• Clean welfare facilities on site.
• Unload deliveries and place materials into storage.
• Support the site team and specialist trades as needed.
• Maintain clear walkways and assist with traffic control on site.

Experience and technical requirements

• Valid CSCS card.
• Self-driven approach with strong communication skills.
• Consistent, high-quality workmanship.
• Full clean driving licence, as travel between construction sites is required.
• Good awareness of safety practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
