Role summary
The Labourer supports the day-to-day upkeep of development sites and assists the site production team with general site activities.
Key duties
- Open and secure storage containers and individual plots.
- Carry out site preparation and routine housekeeping across the development.
- Clean welfare facilities on site.
- Unload deliveries and place materials into storage.
- Support the site team and specialist trades as needed.
- Maintain clear walkways and assist with traffic control on site.
Experience and technical requirements
- Valid CSCS card.
- Self-driven approach with strong communication skills.
- Consistent, high-quality workmanship.
- Full clean driving licence, as travel between construction sites is required.
- Good awareness of safety practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
