Via Digitale Leute School, the organization offers hands-on training programs for the tech industry. One key offering is the AI Software Engineering Bootcamp, designed for software developers who want to take the next step in their careers.

The training is delivered by instructors from leading tech companies and combines up-to-date AI expertise with product management methods for developers. After the bootcamp, participants receive active support in finding a job through a strong hiring network. For job seekers with an education voucher, participation is completely free.

What you will work on

• You will move beyond pure implementation and take a more strategic role in product development by using AI for repetitive coding work while you focus on analyzing business models and user needs, forming hypotheses, and translating insights into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
• You will build software that is not only functional, but also well-structured and sustainable over the long term, using sound architecture principles and modern design patterns.
• You will identify risks when using AI, monitor AI-generated decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and overall system performance.
• You will use modern AI tools to develop reliable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing, and deploy solutions securely.
• You will monitor AI behavior throughout the lifecycle, from requirement compliance and solution quality to observability in live operation.
• You will apply AI as a collaborative team member, build agents for different tasks, orchestrate their interaction, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data through established frameworks such as LangChain or MCP to create practical AI features with real business value.

Benefits

• You will be trained remotely/online to become an AI Software Engineer within 3 months.
• You will receive support in finding a company during the training so that you can start working during or after the bootcamp.
• The program can also be completed alongside employment.
• You will be assigned a mentor to guide you through the program, and you will practice working in product teams.
• After three months, you can enter product teams as an AI Software Engineer with a certificate.

Additional information

You will receive a certificate, all course materials, and access to a broad network. A German language level of B2 is recommended for the course. Applicants are asked to submit a CV and application.
