Role overview

Nexus Deutschland is looking for an application consultant for patient management to help implement its software solutions in rehabilitation clinics and healthcare institutions. Responsibilities

• Advise hospital clients on administrative processes such as patient admission, cost coverage, communication with payers under §301, and service billing.
• Provide day-to-day user support and assistance.
• Configure the software with a focus on patient management and patient billing.
• Handle support tasks and troubleshoot user issues.

Profile and qualifications

• You have completed either a commercial qualification in the healthcare sector or have practical experience in a hospital, medical practice, or health insurance environment.
• Alternatively, you hold a completed IT qualification, such as IT specialist training or an IT business administration qualification.
• You have experience supporting applications, ideally in healthcare or a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of hospital information systems (KIS) is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly and confidently.
