IT Business Analyst

Role overview

This position focuses on understanding business needs, shaping them into clear functional specifications, and working with technical stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions. The job also includes testing, preparing documentation, training users, and supporting the solution after deployment so that adoption is smooth and improvements can continue over time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business process owners to define requirements for business operations and reporting dashboards.
• Check and confirm data needs with relevant stakeholders.
• Collect information from primary and secondary sources, then clean, transform, and analyze the data for use in reporting and decision-making.
• Create, update, and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Train users and prepare clear user guides and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the internal software development team and the ERP team.
