Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced customer support professional to join an international blended process in Kolkata. This full-time role involves supporting customers through voice, email, and chat while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Job Details

- Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.75 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer conversations across voice, chat, and email channels, both inbound and outbound.
- Address queries quickly and work toward a positive customer experience.
- Share clear and correct information related to products, services, and account concerns.
- Follow quality, productivity, and compliance guidelines in daily work.
- Record every customer interaction accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complicated issues when needed and track them to closure.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an international voice or blended support process is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills with C2-level proficiency.
- Good listening, understanding, and speaking skills with clear articulation.
- Prior exposure to customers in the US, UK, or Australia is an advantage.
- Neutral accent and a polished professional communication style.
- Comfort working in rotational schedules, including night shifts.
- Strong ability to handle customer issues and solve problems effectively.

- Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- 5 to 6 working days depending on process needs.
