Associate / Senior Associate - IT Risk Advisory

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct IT assessment reviews, including IT General Controls (ITGC), internal audits, and controls testing.
• Perform evaluations covering domains such as IT policies, change management, user access management, IT operations, and backup and recovery management.
• Apply knowledge of various industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST during assessments.
• Interview client stakeholders and lead walkthrough meetings to develop assessment documentation.
• Senior Associates will oversee teams, guide associates, manage projects, deliver client presentations, and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in proposal creation and support development of marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex assessment issues and formulate recommendations.
• Document findings thoroughly and provide recommendations addressing root causes and organizational impact.
• Ensure timely task completion, deliverable development, and status reporting.
• Work effectively in both collaborative and virtual environments as required.
• Communicate complex data security issues clearly and convincingly to various audiences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management effectively.
• Travel as necessary for client engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• Postgraduate degrees in any discipline are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to IT Risk Advisory or Assurance across diverse industries is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

Certifications

• Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or DISA are considered valuable additions.

Additional Information

• Available positions suited for professionals with up to 7 years of experience.
• Primary work location is Gurugram, Haryana, India, with possible assignments in Mumbai.
• Must be willing to travel as required by client needs.
