Role Overview

OneO2Plants Pte Ltd is hiring an Industrial Painter to join its production team in Singapore’s West Area. This is a practical, workshop-based position centered on finishing work such as painting and coating. The role is offered on a part-time basis with the possibility of a permanent arrangement.

Work Schedule

You will work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay

The wage for this role is between SGD 12 and SGD 15 per hour.

Responsibilities

The job involves preparing and finishing products to a consistent standard, while keeping the workshop safe, organized, and productive.

• Carry out finishing tasks such as painting, coating, and minor touch-up work
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and handling small repairs when needed
• Maintain uniform quality across production batches
• Use spray equipment and finishing tools, and keep them in good working condition
• Keep the work area tidy, safe, and well organized
• Observe safety rules while working with paints, solvents, and related materials
• Assist with day-to-day production goals and general workshop tasks

Requirements

This role suits someone with hands-on finishing experience who can work carefully and reliably in a manual production setting.

• Prior experience in industrial, workshop, or similar painting/finishing work is preferred, including furniture, metalwork, spray painting, or coating
• Good attention to detail and a careful working style
• Physically capable of repetitive and manual tasks
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Dependable and able to follow a fixed work schedule
