Role Summary
This full-time position is a hybrid Human Resources Program Manager role based in Patna, with flexibility to work remotely. The person in this role will lead and coordinate important HR programs so they align with organizational goals, internal policies, and operational needs. The role combines employee relations, workforce planning, training program support, compliance oversight, and broader program/project management to strengthen HR systems and processes.
What You Will Do
- Lead the execution and coordination of core HR programs.
- Maintain strong employee relations and support talent management efforts.
- Build and refine workforce planning approaches aligned with business priorities.
- Plan and support training initiatives that improve employee capability.
- Ensure HR practices follow relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage HR-related projects and programs while handling multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Use data and analysis to improve processes and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates clearly across teams.
Required Background and Strengths
- Solid understanding of HR practices, especially employee relations and talent management.
- Experience handling program management and project management responsibilities together.
- Ability to juggle several initiatives simultaneously without losing track of priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking for decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and current HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree or credentials such as SHRM-CP or PMP are advantageous.
