Role Overview
Join Absolute People Screen Private Limited as an HR intern and play a vital role in supporting employment screening programs across multiple locations including Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Najafgarh. This internship offers hands-on experience with employee background verifications performed in a digitized, paperless environment designed to enhance hiring decisions and candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out verification processes utilizing phone, email, fax, and postal methods, adhering to established quality and productivity standards on assigned cases.
- Gather and verify various information such as education credentials, work history, performance and reference checks, criminal records, drug screening results, and residential addresses.
- Evaluate verification data received, conducting thorough quality assessments in line with internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and prompt updates in the online systems for all verifications conducted.
- Focus on minimizing turnaround times to efficiently complete checks across all verification categories.
- Build and nurture constructive relationships with sources providing verification data.
- Compile screening reports and coordinate with the client relations team to ensure timely delivery of findings to clients.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, commencing between July 17, 2026, and September 6, 2026.
- Candidates should reside in or near Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, or Najafgarh.
- Relevant skills and keen interest in human resources and employment verification processes are required.
