Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position in Dubai. The role focuses on managing core HR operations, supporting employees throughout the lifecycle, and ensuring people processes are handled smoothly and in line with company expectations and local labor requirements.
Key Accountabilities
The HR Executive will maintain employee files and records, handle HR documentation, and support onboarding as well as exit procedures. The position also involves responding to employee queries, assisting with performance-related matters, and addressing workplace concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
In addition, the role includes helping create, update, and apply HR policies and procedures that reflect UAE labor laws and internal standards. Other duties include coordinating hiring activities, assisting with learning and development efforts, preparing HR reports, and working with leadership to support a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Solid grounding in Human Resources and HR management, with practical exposure to key HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with HR operations, including employee lifecycle coordination, documentation, and HRIS or similar systems.
- Background in employee relations, with the ability to manage concerns, support performance conversations, and maintain discretion.
- Understanding of HR policies and local labor rules, along with the ability to assist in drafting and enforcing compliant guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certification is considered an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a busy, client-oriented setting.
- Prior exposure to real estate or another service-driven industry in the UAE would be a plus.
