Role Overview
Bolster Legal Services is looking for a Human Resource Associate to support core HR and recruitment activities in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and hiring priorities.
- Handle the recruitment cycle end to end, from candidate sourcing through to offer stage.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, while supporting the selection process.
- Keep employee information up to date and assist with benefits administration.
