About The Property

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee core people operations for the resort, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management are executed effectively and in line with company standards and local compliance requirements. The role also involves supporting employee engagement, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with leadership to align people strategy with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within hospitality.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor legislation, and compliance obligations.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Capability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR execution.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
