About The Property

The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is a contemporary urban retreat on the Red Sea coast, blending coastal living with modern hospitality. The property features 129 thoughtfully designed rooms and a lively signature restaurant that serves as both a social gathering point and a dining destination. Jeddah itself is one of Saudi Arabia’s most vibrant cities, offering a mix of seaside lifestyle, cultural heritage, and modern city life. Highlights include the Jeddah Corniche and Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city is also well connected through King Abdulaziz International Airport, located about 20 km from the city center.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee core people operations for the resort, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management are executed effectively and in line with company standards and local compliance requirements. The role also involves supporting employee engagement, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with leadership to align people strategy with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop strong talent for the resort.
• Put HR policies and procedures into practice while staying aligned with local regulations and company standards.
• Handle employee relations matters, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a professional and equitable way.
• Manage training plans, performance processes, and career development activities.
• Strengthen employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal communication efforts.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and payroll-related support with accuracy.
• Work closely with management to ensure HR plans support operational needs and overall business goals.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and sustainability in all people-focused practices.

Experience & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; HR certification is considered an advantage.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within hospitality.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor legislation, and compliance obligations.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Capability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR execution.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
