Role Overview
This position is for an HR Executive who will keep everyday people-operations running efficiently across the company. The role focuses on maintaining core HR processes, supporting employees, and helping ensure that internal practices stay organized and compliant.
What You’ll Handle
- Administer HR policies and help make sure they are applied consistently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining and exit processes for employees.
- Support performance management activities and employee engagement efforts.
- Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist with employee relations matters and help resolve concerns.
- Work with leadership on HR initiatives and compliance-related tasks.
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders across Europe in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on understanding of HR fundamentals, HR management, HR operations, and HR policy implementation is important.
- Experience supporting employee relations and maintaining a positive workplace environment will be useful.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal ability, organization, and attention to detail are needed for success in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with HRIS or other HR software, knowledge of European employment practices, and exposure to media or technology environments are advantageous.

This is a full-time remote position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires regular online coordination with colleagues and stakeholders located across Europe.
