Role Overview
ESSAR is hiring an HR Executive to support core people operations and day-to-day HR coordination in Mumbai, near Opp. Mahalakshmi Racecourse.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage recruitment scheduling and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure employee paperwork is completed accurately.
- Update and organize employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and related records.
- Draft HR communication such as letters and other employee documents when needed.
- Handle employee questions and provide basic HR assistance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, logs, and documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and other HR operations as assigned.
Eligibility
- Candidates with a BMS/B.B.A. background specializing in Human Resource Management can apply.
- This opportunity is open to freshers.
- Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- Applicants should be willing to learn and build a career in HR.
