Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site housekeeping supervision role based in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day housekeeping activities, ensure cleaning teams follow company procedures, and maintain strong standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the assigned facilities. The position involves planning work schedules, allocating duties, checking service quality, carrying out inspections, and managing the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment so operations run smoothly.
Key Duties
The supervisor will coach and direct housekeeping staff, confirm that safety and infection-control practices are followed, and escalate maintenance or operational concerns to the relevant management team. The role also requires coordination with clients and internal teams to respond to service requests, handle issues quickly, and contribute ideas that improve housekeeping workflows and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have prior experience leading housekeeping or facility cleaning teams, ideally in commercial, healthcare, or hospitality settings. Strong supervisory ability, staff coordination, and people management skills are important, along with practical knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed for regular interaction with employees, clients, and managers. The role also calls for scheduling ability, workload prioritization, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills for inspections and standards compliance. Basic computer skills are required for reporting and documentation. A diploma or vocational credential in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management is preferred.
