Role Overview
ABA Journey is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support clients through evidence-based ABA services. The organization emphasizes teamwork, growth, client progress, and a positive environment where technicians can build their careers while helping children succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
- Carry out treatment programs created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Record and track client progress data accurately.
- Work closely with families and other team members to support successful outcomes.
- Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and structured therapy setting.
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly pay is listed at $24 to $30.
- Work shifts are flexible and depend on your availability.

Qualifications
- You should already hold RBT certification, or be ready to obtain it.
