  • Build, check, and update datasets covering multiple jurisdictions.
  • Pull relevant information from government portals, legal notices, gazettes, publications, and regulatory databases, then organize it into a structured format.
  • Review entries carefully to confirm accuracy and keep records updated in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with product, compliance, and engineering teams to raise data completeness, reliability, and coverage.
  • Draft short summaries and reports explaining regulatory updates and their likely business impact.
  • Record research methods and cite the sources used for each dataset or update.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, International Trade, Economics, Political Science, Information Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Solid research and analytical ability, especially when reading legal or regulatory text.
  • Prior exposure to government, legal, compliance, customs, trade, tax, or other regulatory datasets is an advantage.
  • Strong precision and data-checking skills.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in RegTech, Compliance, LegalTech, Trade Compliance, Customs, Tax, or ESG research.
  • Understanding of international regulatory frameworks and public data sources.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported research tools and data handling platforms.

Benefits

  • 100% remote working arrangement.
  • Flexible schedule.
