Role overview

TGI Fridays UK is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its Birmingham restaurants and create a lively, guest-focused experience built around great food, upbeat energy, and celebration. What you will be responsible for

  • Taking complete ownership of restaurant performance across people, guest experience, sales, profit, standards, health and safety, and front-of-house/back-of-house operations.
  • Making sure company standards are consistently upheld while driving budget delivery and growth through a people-first, guest-focused, operational excellence approach.
  • Leading through example and acting as a cultural role model for the brand.
