Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala for a Front Desk Manager. The role is centered on maintaining a smooth, professional, and welcoming front office experience for visitors, students, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
The Front Desk Manager will manage everyday reception activities, coordinate appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable. The role also includes supporting admissions and counseling teams with scheduling and documentation, maintaining visitor logs, and handling basic administrative work such as correspondence and data entry. In addition, the position involves helping organize reservations or bookings for counseling sessions and events, while contributing to a positive customer experience through clear and timely communication.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring a strong service mindset and prior exposure to front office work, receptionist duties, and handling high-volume inquiries. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a courteous and professional presence. Applicants should be comfortable managing bookings and appointments, using basic computer tools such as MS Office, email, and scheduling software, and maintaining student information accurately. Strong planning, multitasking, and time-management abilities are important for success in this fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
