Delta Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Food & Beverage Service Expert in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This non-management, full-time role focuses on creating a smooth, memorable dining experience for guests through attentive service, careful coordination, and professional conduct.

What the Role Involves

Rather than simply serving meals, this position is about shaping a guest experience that feels polished and memorable. You will help with table setup, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and keep service areas clean and organized. The aim is to make every interaction feel like a natural part of the dining experience.

Key Duties

The role calls for proactive guest service and hands-on support throughout the dining operation. You are expected to maintain service standards, keep the workplace safe, and represent the company professionally in appearance and communication.

Work Expectations

This job involves being on your feet for long periods and moving across different surfaces, including sloped, uneven, or slippery areas. You will also need to read and verify menu information accurately and handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The position may also require bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, and similar movements.

Qualifications

The preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior related work experience of less than 1 year is acceptable, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed for this position.
