About the Role
Marina Bay Sands is looking for an F&B Service Attendant for Spago in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who enjoys guest interaction, service excellence, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining high service standards.
- Deliver courteous, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Support team members with restaurant setup and preparation for service, including checking that utensils and amenities are available, clean, and properly stocked.
- Handle guest questions and requests, and use menu knowledge to recommend items and encourage additional sales.
- Manage restaurant reservations received by phone and email.
- Carry out other restaurant administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least a Secondary School education with O-Level passes is required; a diploma in any discipline is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guest-facing or guest service roles, ideally in a hospitality setting.
- Food hygiene and safety certification is required.
- Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
