About the Role
The position is for a senior-level recruiter to manage a UK-wide desk within the head-of-level and above market. The role combines business development, pipeline ownership, job handling, and candidate sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Own and maintain the recruitment pipeline.
- Manage live vacancies through the hiring process.
- Source and engage suitable candidates.

Pay and Compensation
