Role Summary

The Executive Vice President will serve in a full-time remote capacity, leading high-priority strategic programs, influencing investment choices, and monitoring portfolio company performance. This leader will partner with senior management to define and deliver the firm’s strategy, oversee deal flow, and cultivate strong connections with investors, founders, and business partners. The role also includes assessing opportunities, directing due diligence, helping design transaction terms, and advising portfolio companies on strategic matters. In addition, the position will support team development, contribute to fundraising efforts, improve internal workflows, and represent the firm in industry discussions and events.

Qualifications

• Background in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a comparable discipline, with a proven record of handling sophisticated transactions.
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, portfolio oversight, and results reporting to inform decisions with data.
• Well-developed abilities in strategic planning, commercial growth, and operational leadership, including experience steering organizational expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a history of earning trust from founders and investors.
• Experience leading distributed teams, working across functions, and coaching high-performing professionals.
• An advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a closely related field is preferred; substantial senior-level experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• A consistently high standard of integrity, mature judgment, and commitment to fair, inclusive decision-making.
• Comfort working across time zones, balancing competing priorities, and succeeding in a fast-paced, growth-oriented investment setting.
