About the Role

Al Tarek Legal Consultancy in Dubai is hiring a polished and highly organized Executive Secretary to oversee day-to-day administrative support for the office. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional legal environment.

What You Will Do

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general business communication in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, check, and send official emails and letters in both Arabic and English.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and calendar schedules.
  • Deliver high-quality client support and maintain courteous communication with customers.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documents, and active matters.
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to support management instructions and operational priorities.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
  • Keep both paper and digital filing systems organized and up to date.
  • Protect sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support general office administration and take on additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience is required; prior work in a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.
  • Strong fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
