Executive Protection Agent

About the role

Universal Travel Concierge is hiring a trained and professional Executive Protection Agent to support the safety of high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on delivering discreet, dependable security coverage while clients travel and attend events. You will assess risks, build secure travel plans, and use proactive security practices to help prevent issues before they arise.

Strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and knowledge of security procedures are essential in this position. Your work will help clients move confidently and comfortably while maintaining a secure environment throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential threats and create protection strategies suited to each assignment.
• Provide close protection and escort support across all stages of travel.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and destination security contacts when needed.
• Keep constant watch over surroundings to identify and reduce risks early.
• Preserve confidentiality and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.
• Guide clients on safe practices and steps to follow during emergencies.
• Keep current with international travel alerts and security developments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or a similar security role.
• Solid understanding of threat assessment, defensive techniques, and emergency response.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stay alert for extended periods.
• Comfort working non-standard hours and traveling frequently.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid executive protection or security certification, such as Certified Executive Protection Specialist.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
