Role overview
A leading financial services firm in New York City is hiring a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership. In this high-profile position, you will act as a trusted point of contact for executives and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-focused, and comfortable working at the center of executive coordination. This role suits someone who enjoys managing priorities, handling confidential communication, and ensuring that leadership is fully prepared for meetings and key decisions.
What you will do
- Own and coordinate busy executive calendars, including meeting scheduling and shifting priorities.
- Respond to email requests and manage documents on behalf of senior leadership.
- Get executives ready for meetings by assembling agendas, background materials, and related files.
- Create meeting notes, presentation slides, and other executive-facing documents.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle scheduling and logistics efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Clear and professional written and spoken communication skills.
