Event Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Help deliver experiential projects from initial briefing through to final pack-down.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and supplier activity to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Work with vendors, prepare purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking.
• Support on-site execution to ensure activations are delivered successfully.

What You’ll Need

• Prior exposure to events, experiential marketing, or agency work, whether in a coordinator, assistant, or similar hands-on role.

• Genuine interest in learning production and event delivery.

Role Details

This is a full-time, on-site position based in central Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Compensation is listed at AUD 70,000 to AUD 75,000 per year, plus superannuation.
