Role Overview

The company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its team in a full-time, onsite role. This position involves planning, designing, and delivering engineering work, offering technical input, addressing complex technical challenges, and making sure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and apply engineering solutions that align with project needs and industry benchmarks.
• Draft and assess technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Track project milestones and ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality level.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide practical engineering resolutions.
• Make sure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory obligations.
• Carry out site visits and oversee engineering work when needed.
• Examine and endorse materials, equipment, and technical submittals.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Keep thorough project records and produce regular status updates.
• Take part in risk reviews and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have around 0 to 3 years of relevant engineering experience, depending on role needs.
• Working knowledge of engineering tools and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Prior exposure to project coordination and managing stakeholders is important.
• Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements is needed.
• Having a professional engineering certification will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
