Role Overview

In this position, you will manage the everyday running of e-commerce operations, making sure orders move smoothly, logistics stay coordinated, and customers receive a high-quality experience. The role connects operational execution with broader digital sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Track orders from the time they are placed until final delivery, ensuring the process stays organized and efficient.
• Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Oversee returns and exchanges so customers experience a simple and seamless process.
• Manage customer service activity and ensure inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly.
• Review customer feedback and use it to improve the online shopping experience.
• Partner with shipping vendors to support timely and reliable deliveries.
• Monitor logistics metrics and introduce improvements that increase speed and accuracy.
• Study daily and weekly performance reports to spot issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support automation efforts and initiatives aimed at reducing cost and improving efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with marketing during campaigns and promotional launches.
• Work with IT to resolve technical issues affecting the platform.
• Liaise with finance on billing matters and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure all operations follow company policies and applicable local regulations.
• Stay updated on e-commerce regulations in Saudi Arabia and maintain ongoing compliance.
• Supervise team output, allocate tasks, and keep operations consistent.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a similar discipline is required.
• Prior experience handling e-commerce operations, ideally within the Saudi market, is needed.
• Good knowledge of inventory management tools, logistics workflows, and order fulfillment processes is important.
• Strong analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills are expected.
• Experience working with logistics partners and coordinating shipments is preferred.
• Arabic fluency is required, while English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for the role.
