Role overview
Sri Sakthi Cinemas is hiring a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations at cinema locations. The role focuses on shift coordination, cash and food counter control, customer experience, and maintaining smooth operational standards across the outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team schedules and handle shift rotations effectively.
- Oversee opening and closing balances for food and beverage operations, including cash reconciliation.
- Support a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate food orders as per operational requirements.
- Monitor food expiry and work to reduce wastage.
- Use Excel confidently and communicate clearly with team members and customers.
Qualification and experience
Candidates should have a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification. The employer is looking for professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience in cinemas or multiplex operations. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary note
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and skill level.
Location
Erode, Pollachi, and Tirupur.
