Key responsibilities

  • Duplicate, scan, and archive documents in an orderly manner.
  • Check files for correctness and make edits where needed, including contracts.
  • Review and refresh technical paperwork such as manuals and workflow documents.
  • Share project-related document copies with internal teams.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Build reusable templates for future documentation.
  • Locate and provide files when requested by staff or clients.
  • Oversee the movement of documents across the organization.
  • Protect confidential details and terms of agreements.
  • Draft inspection-related reports as required.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the Fleet Director.

Requirements
