About the Role

Jürgen Arnold Speditions-GmbH is looking for a dispatcher who enjoys working in a lively team environment and wants room to grow and take ownership. The role is based in Rostock and focuses on planning and coordinating vehicle assignments with a strong emphasis on quality and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vehicle dispatching while meeting high quality standards.

• Communicate confidently in both German and English, in spoken and written form.
• Work professionally with MS Office tools, or be willing to learn them quickly.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in dispatching.
• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Very strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and strong communication skills.
• Discretion, loyalty, and a high level of initiative.
