Overview
At the Glauchau site, DEFRU Logistik GmbH is looking for a full-time Disponent (m/w/d) starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Plan transport operations for the company-owned fleet, with a focus on temperature-controlled shipments such as food, plants, and chemicals.
- Improve route planning with a strong focus on efficiency and results.
- Monitor that transports are completed on schedule.
- Maintain professional, respectful, and solution-oriented communication with existing customers and the company’s drivers.
- Record orders and book delivery time slots.
Profile
- You should have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, or have a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in dispatching a company fleet in local transport are required.
- Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts, is expected.
- Strong reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility are important.
- You should be able to think analytically and work carefully with attention to detail.
- An independent and well-structured working style is required.
- Familiarity with common logistics and forwarding software systems, such as Fleetboard, is needed.
