Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatch Executive position in Tiruppur. The role centers on managing day-to-day dispatch operations, preparing invoices and delivery notes, arranging shipment schedules, and making sure goods are packed, labeled, and sent out on time. It also involves checking inward and outward stock, confirming quantities against order paperwork, and keeping dispatch records and tracking systems accurate and up to date.

Key Accountabilities

The selected candidate will coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to address mismatches, prevent delays, and keep dispatch flow running smoothly. The position also includes tracking available stock for outgoing orders, supporting essential compliance documentation, and contributing ideas to improve dispatch efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should bring a solid foundation in dispatch coordination, documentation management, and basic inventory handling. Comfort with data entry, record maintenance, and spreadsheet or ERP-based tracking tools is important. Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills are needed to work effectively with internal teams and outside logistics partners. Good time management, a sharp eye for detail, and practical problem-solving ability are also essential for handling multiple shipments and fixing issues quickly.

Additional Information

Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or textile manufacturing operations will be an advantage. The role requires on-site work in Tiruppur, along with familiarity with industrial safety practices and basic quality checks. The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma, while a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related discipline is considered a plus.
