Program Overview

This graduate program is a key Qatarization initiative at Vodafone Qatar, created to identify and develop promising Qatari university graduates. It gives participants practical exposure across different parts of the business while building the skills needed for future specialist and leadership roles.

Program Structure

The journey runs for two years and is built around four major development stages. Participants take on a mix of functional and cross-functional responsibilities that support steady learning, broader business understanding, and professional growth.

Graduates in the program are assigned job titles that start with the word “Associate,” followed by their target role. For example, a participant may be titled Associate HR Business Partner. This naming reflects the career path of the graduate and their progress through the program.

The program combines direct customer exposure, collaboration on cross-functional initiatives, and placements in focused business areas. The aim is to equip graduates with hands-on experience, confidence, and the ability to contribute to Vodafone Qatar’s business growth and Qatar’s wider digital transformation agenda.
