Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level support for user devices and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Administer Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and related security controls.

• Log, track, and update incidents in the ITSM system while meeting agreed service levels.
