About the role
Join a global sports brand team in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, and gain hands-on exposure to the full apparel design workflow. The role is focused on supporting the creation of new apparel concepts and learning how ideas move from an initial sketch to a finished product.

What you will do
- Build practical knowledge of the complete creative design journey, from the first concept sketch through to final product execution.
- Work with international teams on global initiatives and help support the launch of fresh apparel concepts.
- Research market activity under design-team guidance and share current, accurate insights on trends and developments.
- Create and communicate clear product narratives, visual concepts, and mood boards.
- Help prepare product sketches, technical packs, design decks, and supporting materials.
- Handle routine design-team administration such as drawing organization, data entry, and database maintenance.
What we are looking for
- Current enrollment in a design program or another relevant creative discipline such as fashion or product design.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Microsoft Office.
- A proactive mindset with confidence to take initiative and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to organize work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, can-do approach.
- Dependable, structured, and punctual working style.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to begin on 01.10.2026 for a duration of 6 months.
