Role Overview

The Design & Estimation Executive will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and layouts, updating designs based on feedback or site realities, and developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications. The role also involves maintaining quotation records, following up on proposals, and coordinating with internal team members as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and plans in line with project requirements.
• Revise and refine designs according to client inputs or conditions observed at the site.
• Work out project cost estimates using drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain organized records of quotations prepared and track their follow-up status.
• Coordinate with colleagues and provide support wherever needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Science.
• Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is expected.
• The ability to understand technical drawings, standards, and engineering instructions is important.
• Capability in 3D design will be considered an added advantage.
