Data Entry Intern

About the Role

Join Aman Group’s corporate team in Singapore and support the Shared Services Operations function. This position is designed for a detail-focused intern who can help maintain accurate records, keep systems aligned, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations for an ultra-luxury brand with offices across Zug, London, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Miami, and New York.

What You’ll Do

• Enter information carefully across internal platforms while keeping records consistent from one system to another.
• Check logs and records for missing details, duplicates, or mistakes, and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain databases by updating records, carrying out regular reviews, and keeping information orderly and reliable.
• Gather, sort, and organize data to help prepare routine operational reports.
• Protect sensitive company and customer information by following privacy and data protection standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Good planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference for candidates who are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a similar field.
