Role Overview

Inpro Analytics is hiring a Data Analyst to work onsite in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on turning raw data into meaningful insights that help guide business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Study large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful insights.
• Convert analysis results into easy-to-understand reports and practical business suggestions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand what they need from the data.
• Keep datasets accurate, well-organized, and properly documented.
• Assist teams with dashboards, reports, and one-off analytical requests to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Exposure to Python or R will be considered an advantage.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking.
• The ability to explain findings clearly to colleagues without a technical background.
