About the Opportunity
This temporary role sits within a collaborative finance support team that services several districts. The position plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations moving by assisting with invoicing, procurement, payments, and credit card-related queries. A strong focus of the job is delivering quality customer service and supporting a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely each day with internal teams, suppliers, and staff. The assignment is expected to run for five months and is intended to help maintain business continuity while recruitment is underway.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with finance support activities across invoicing, procurement, payment processing, and card query handling.
- Provide responsive customer support to internal teams, suppliers, and staff.
- Work alongside a finance support team serving multiple districts.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and help resolve queries professionally.
- Contribute to stable operations during a five-month temporary cover period.
What You’ll Bring

- Background in finance administration, accounts payable/receivable, or procurement support.
