Job summary

We are looking for a sales associate who is passionate about helping customers, driving store sales, and creating a smooth, positive shopping experience. This role involves guiding shoppers to the right products, keeping the store organized, and contributing to sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in a professional, helpful way.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their requirements.
• Work toward both individual and store-level sales goals.
• Highlight current offers, loyalty schemes, and newly launched products.
• Process billing, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure product displays are attractive and shelves remain well stocked.
• Track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Keep the store clean and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Adhere to company procedures, operational rules, and safety practices.
• Support the store during busy periods, special promotions, and peak hours.

Qualifications

Experience

Applicants may be freshers or have up to 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer support, or a related area.

Working conditions

• Must be comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
• Role requires standing for long periods while assisting customers throughout the day.
