Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions over phone, email, and chat.
- Respond clearly and accurately to questions about products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure customer requirements are addressed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry across different systems and platforms.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience of 1 to 3 years.
- Strong phone manner along with excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and prioritizing effectively.
