About the Role

This position is for a professional, empathetic, and detail-focused Customer Service Representative who can provide dependable support, answer questions, and help maintain a positive experience for every customer. What You’ll Do
- Handle customer questions through phone, email, chat, and other channels in a courteous and prompt way.
- Address complaints, concerns, and service-related problems with practical and effective solutions.
- Share accurate guidance about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Manage customer requests, account changes, orders, returns, and other service transactions.
- Keep customer conversations, feedback, and resolutions accurately recorded in company systems.
- Work with other departments to raise and resolve more complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers when needed to confirm resolution and strengthen relationships.
- Work toward customer service standards, performance targets, and quality benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and manage conflict well.
- A calm, patient, and professional approach in difficult situations.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization and the ability to handle multiple customer requests at once.
- Careful attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
