Work Location
The job may be based across different centres depending on operational requirements. The company will consider your preferred centres when finalising placement, while still prioritising business needs.
Key Duties
The role covers both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. You will help explain the company’s courses, educational approach, and teaching methods to prospective customers, support the promotion of programmes to both new and existing clients, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will also manage phone and email enquiries promptly, handle sales transactions efficiently, and assist with scheduling replacement lessons and appointments for parents, centre management, or teachers. In addition, you will oversee centre inventory, support basic logistics, and take on filing and other ad hoc administrative work as needed.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least GCE A-Level or Diploma qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in an enrichment-centre setting. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential, along with good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to provide efficient service. Familiarity with MacBook systems and Google Workspace tools such as Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets is required. The company also looks for candidates with strong work ethics, including integrity, professionalism, and commitment to high standards. You should be open to training based on the company’s ethos and SOPs, able to work independently as well as in a team, and willing to be deployed to other centres when needed.
