Role overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will help create memorable, informative, and high-energy interactions for Tesla customers. You will be the first person many visitors meet in a showroom and the final person they connect with during vehicle delivery, so you will play a key part in shaping the overall ownership experience. The role is centered on representing the brand, supporting customer decisions, and making each step of the journey feel seamless and exciting.

In this position, you will support customers from their first visit through delivery day. The work combines hospitality, product education, sales support, and delivery coordination in a retail setting focused on sustainable energy and innovative transportation.

Key duties

  • Welcome walk-in visitors quickly and personally so they feel comfortable and invited to start a conversation.
  • Learn about each guest’s background, interests, reasons for visiting, and buying timeline to build a detailed and individualized customer profile.
  • Educate guests about Tesla products and experiences, answer their questions, and tailor demonstrations such as demo drives and Full Self-Driving presentations to what matters most to them.
  • Lead delivery orientations that explain important features and advantages, helping new owners feel prepared and enthusiastic about their vehicle.
  • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest details, arranging test drives, and spotting customers with strong purchase intent.
