Role Overview

The Custom Recruiting team focuses on finding and screening hard-to-reach B2B contacts for qualitative research interviews. The work centers on senior-level respondents across challenging roles and industries, making accuracy, persistence, and strong outreach skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure high-quality B2B interview participants who match detailed target criteria such as company name, organization size, revenue level, job title, and specialized product or industry knowledge.
• Refine and strengthen methods for locating and monitoring target audiences using online channels, including social networks like LinkedIn and Facebook, trade associations, special-interest groups, and other desk research approaches.
• Help determine the best mix of tools for building contact lists and managing outreach across email, phone, text, and social platforms.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B research, HR recruiting, sales cold calling, or another role centered on business contact management is expected.
• A bachelor’s degree in BA/BS is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
• Applicants should be able to show a strong history of generating leads through cold calls, email outreach, and contact management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools is considered an advantage.
• Experience using premium contact and prospecting platforms, including ZoomInfo and advanced LinkedIn tools, is a plus.
