- Handle situations involving illness or injury with care, patience, and confidentiality.
- Work with the Port Agency/Operations team to receive daily plans and urgent updates to flights or vessel schedules.
- Coordinate with hotels to confirm room availability, reservations, and smooth check-in and check-out arrangements.
- Keep the operations control desk updated from the start of each assignment through to completion, using MS Teams or another linked communication platform.
- Share basic guidance on port procedures, local customs, and security measures with crew during transit.
- Manage time effectively to avoid any delay to flights or vessel departures.
- Remain flexible for late-night, early-morning, weekend, and public-holiday assignments based on vessel schedules.
- Stay available for urgent crew movements or medical emergencies when needed.
Candidate Profile

- Strong, long-term experience with manual transmission vehicles is required; practical testing will be part of the selection process.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience is needed, ideally gained in maritime, tourism, corporate shuttle, or hospitality settings.

- A Diploma in Marine Studies is required.
- Experience serving international clients or crew members will be considered a plus.
